I am not sure how many characters this testimonial feedback box has available, but it would be very easy to fill this box and several more with testimonial as to hard Jim worked on our behalf and somehow through some very difficult circumstances always had a smile on his face and a joke to tell. If anyone is looking for a dedicated angelic personality that everyone seems to like, Jim is your agent.
We listed our home with Jim and he had great ideas on how to create an opening weekend open house that drew over two dozen interested viewers. He also reached out to his fellow real state agent community to have a wine and cheese viewing to create interest in the home. Needless to say our home sold quickly for a price that we were very comfortable with.
Jim also represented us on the purchase of our new home in St. Charles which turned out to be a "for sale by owner" on the sellers end. Jim had to do a the work of two agents to be able to guide the purchase of the home to a mutual agreement.
